and campuses are required to convene a meeting with parents to review,
evaluate and update the parental involvement policies and the
School-Parent compacts. A meeting has been scheduled for Tuesday, June

ATTENTION PARENTS: STUDENT DRESS CODE CHANGES
The Freer ISD School Board made the following changes to the 2013-14 Student Dress Code regarding outerwear, or jackets. The changes become effective immediately.
Outerwear - *NEW* (Appendix II Student Dress Code)
Windbreakers, fleece, sweater, sweatshirt-type jackets are allowed, but must have full front zipper or buttons. No pullovers, dusters, trenchcoats, or shirttails.
Outerwear - *OLD* (Appendix II Student Dress Code)
Color: Windbreakers, fleece, sweater, sweatshirt-type jackets are allowed, but must have full front zipper or buttons.
Brand logos must not exceed 2 inches by 2 inches. No other lettering, wording, or other designs. No pullovers, dusters, trenchcoats, or shirttails.
